Section 1

Introduction to the Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the joia9 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). By using our website, mobile site, or any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

joia9 operates a safe and reliable online gaming and betting platform for players in Bangladesh. Completing registration and accepting these Terms is mandatory to use our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify members in a timely manner. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you have accepted the revised Terms.

Section 2

Age & Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to register and use joia9's services:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and have the legal right to use this type of service.
• You may only have one account in your name. If the same person operates multiple accounts, both accounts will be cancelled and the balances may be forfeited.
• You are of sound mind and are using this platform voluntarily.
• You confirm that you do not suffer from a gambling addiction.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

It is your responsibility to register with accurate and complete information. If any false or incomplete information is found in the details provided at registration, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the account.

For account verification, we may request a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents. Withdrawals may be limited until verification is complete. Keeping your login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility — you are personally liable for all activity on your account.

Section 4

Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

All financial transactions on joia9 are processed through Bangladesh's established mobile banking methods. Our accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Successfully deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. In some cases, verification-related issues may cause delays.

The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for deposits. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Currency & Conversion

All transactions on joia9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All amounts displayed on the platform are shown in Bangladeshi Taka.

Section 6

Welcome Bonus

New members at joia9 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. This bonus can only be received once and applies to a single account.

See examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳16,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳31,000

A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive the bonus. A 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be completed before withdrawal.

Section 7

Wagering requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. A 25x wager must be placed on the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not the deposit and bonus combined.

Working example: Receive a ৳2,000 bonus → ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in wagers must be placed — only then can winnings from the bonus be withdrawn.

If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance will be cancelled. For the time limit on completing the wagering requirement, see the promotion details.

Section 8

Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Misuse of the bonus system is strictly prohibited. The following activities will be considered abuse:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Deliberately attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets.
• Claiming bonuses using false information.
• Coordinated betting with another person.

If abuse is detected, we may cancel the bonus and, if necessary, suspend the account.

Section 9

Game Operation & Results

All games operated on joia9 are run through certified software providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is independently verifiable. We are committed to ensuring fair play.

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, we reserve the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. The policy "malfunction voids all bets" applies.

Section 10

Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to sports betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the platform specifically offers a cash-out option.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Bets associated with match-fixing or any other dishonest activity will be cancelled and the account will be closed.
• We reserve the right to review any bet to verify the accuracy of winnings.

Section 11

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Attempting to access other members' accounts.
• Attempting to unfairly exploit platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Using counterfeit or stolen payment methods.

Section 12

VIP Tiers & Benefits

joia9's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players can move up to higher tiers through regular play.

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold Tier: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Cashback is automatically added to the account each week. The specific terms of VIP benefits are published on the promotions page and are subject to change.

Section 13

Setting Limits & Self-Control

joia9 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We are committed to the well-being and protection of our members. Our platform is for entertainment purposes only, not as a source of income.

Limitation of Liability

joia9 is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, internet connection disruptions, or third-party software issues. We strive to ensure uninterrupted service, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical reasons.

Wins and losses in gaming are entirely the personal responsibility of the player. joia9 is not obligated to provide compensation for any financial losses resulting from gaming.

Applicable Law

These terms and any disputes related to joia9 will be governed by applicable law. In the event of any legal dispute, the relevant court will have the final say.

If any provision of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
